At the end of the semester students should be able to:

– write an argumentative text.

– Orally present (in a clear and structured manner) a piece of research work developed from a specific topic.

– Translate from and into Portuguese texts/discourses on general and technical subjects.

– Use search tools suited to the pre-processing of a text/discourse to be translated or back translated.
